Hi! My name is Gianluca Bonifazi. I was born in Recanati, a lovely town in Central Italy famous for being the birthplace of the poet Giacomo Leopardi. I grew up (and I live yet) in Castelfidardo, a town not far from Ancona.
Right there is located the Polytechnic University of Marche where I'm a Research Fellow and Ph.D. Student in the Daisy Lab (Data analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and cyberSecuritY) of the Department of Information Engineering (DII). My research interests are focused on Complex Networks and Machine Learning applied to Social Networks, Blockchain, and Deep Neural Networks.
In December 2020 I became a Research Associate at the Bologna division of INFN (Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare) within the CovidStat project.
I received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Science at the University of Urbino "Carlo Bo" on July 2017 and the M.Sc. degree in Computer and Automation Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Marche on February 2020. If you want to say more about me, you can visit the resume page or request my full CV by email (that you can find below).
